Milestone Progress! Our New Hollow Blow Molding Machine Completed Successful Mold Test

Recently, our independently developed new customized hollow blow molding machine has successfully completed the overall mold test and performance test in the factory laboratory, with all technical indicators reaching the international advanced level. This successful test run marks our further breakthroughs in customized blow molding equipment research and development and manufacturing capabilities.
The tested equipment is a customized model for large industrial hollow containers and special-shaped plastic products, aiming at the production difficulties of thick-walled, high-toughness and special-specification products. During the test, the engineering team completed the debugging of extrusion, mold closing, blowing, cooling and demolding processes one by one. The test results show that the equipment runs stably, the product wall thickness is uniform, the surface is smooth, and the tensile strength, pressure resistance and other physical indicators fully meet the international industrial standards.
Different from standard equipment, this customized blow molding machine optimizes the mold locking force and blowing pressure regulation system, which can adapt to the production of high-difficulty special-shaped hollow products and large-capacity chemical anti-corrosion barrels that are difficult to process by traditional equipment. In addition, the equipment adds an automatic material feeding and waste recycling system, realizing full-process automated production from raw material feeding to finished product output.
The successful mold test verifies the reliability and practicability of the new equipment.
