This HTII-30L double station extrusion blow molding machine is one of our hot sale product. It is most suitable for making the 20L~30Lstackable jerry can, chemical liquid barrel, oil drums.

 

  • Continous type die head, with shorter cycle time. And stable for parison, suitable for adding view strip line function.
  • With standard servo motor equipped for the hydraulic system, low noise and energy saving.
  • Bio-linear guide rails not only for the mould moving, also for the mould open & close, stable for the moving.
  • Tiebar-less type mould locking, with higher clamping force, and easy for mould changing.
  • Separate oil pump for mould locking, with more stable mould locking funtion.
  • Air valve enlarged, to make the shaping function better.
